1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and utilizing our Website-as-a-Service (WAAS) platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Subscription Services

ORVIX provides web development, hosting, and maintenance services on a subscription basis. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay the monthly or annual fees associated with your chosen tier.

  • All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the billing cycle.
  • We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

3. Intellectual Property and Ownership

During the active subscription period, ORVIX grants you a non-exclusive license to use the developed website.

  • You retain full ownership of all content, brand assets, and data you provide to us.
  • The underlying code, infrastructure, and proprietary systems remain the intellectual property of ORVIX unless a buyout agreement is executed.
  • If you cancel your subscription without a buyout, your website will be taken offline.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ORVIX or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our platform.

5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime for all hosted websites. However, we are not responsible for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, acts of government, natural disasters, internet service provider failures, or DDoS attacks.
